February 11 (Saturday) 6:00 p.m.
Mid Pacific Country Club
266 Kaelepulu Drive, Kailua, HI 96734
$70 per person

Setsubun is an ancient Japanese ritual in which households cast dried beans outside to dispel demons and toss them inside to attract good fortune and ward off bad luck.

Since we could all use more good fortune and less bad luck, please join the members of the Kokusai Sake Kai for their annual “Setsubun Party” on February 11. A wonderful selection of sakes—over 40 different labels—will be served, along with a sumptuous buffet of sake appetizers prepared by chef Norman Asao. Plenty of beans will be on hand for demon-expelling to get the new year off to an auspicious start.

Reservations may be made online through the following link: Sake Event Ticket Store.
