We've saved some of the most delicious sakes of all for this year's final Aftertaste events. The tasting selection for May includes personal favorites from the 2007 U.S. National Sake Appraisal as well as a few favorites from local sake importers.

A total of 36 junmai, ginjo and daiginjo sakes will be available for sampling, including many gold and silver-award winners from the 2007 U.S. National Sake Appraisal. This evening's talk will touch on how professional tasters in Japan judge sake, based on aroma, taste, balance and overall impression.

Reservations may be made online through the following link: Aftertaste Hawaii Online Ticket Purchase or call Pua at 222-5591. All sales are final and attendance is limited to 50 persons.
