The sakura have come and gone in Waimea, but in Japan cherry-blossom season is right around the corner. What better time to enjoy a selection of light, refreshing sakes with delightful flowery aromas and easy drinkability? There will be 50 daiginjo, ginjo and junmai labels in all, each with its own distinctive flavor, texture, aroma and charm.
