Look. Smell. Taste. Savor. These are the four stages to figuring out what the sake in your glass is all about. At our April 21 event at SKY Waikiki guest speaker Malcolm Leong of The Sake Shop will share his tips on how to taste—slowly and step by step—to fully appreciate each sake’s unique qualities. Following his talk we’ll follow his tips as we sample and savor 50 delectable sakes with a selection of sake appetizers by chef Lance Kosaka.
