More Joy’s sake challenge will put them to the test. For example, In a blind tasting can you identify which of three sakes is the junmai, which the ginjo and which the daiginjo? And how about kimoto sakes? Can you tell them from the more familiar sokujo type? As usual, we’ll have 40 or so sakes to sip and savor at your leisure. Then we invite everyone to step over to one of the quiz stations to see how you do. There are three quizzes in all, and prizes will be awarded to those with the best total scores.
