Join us tonight for an impromptu sake-tasting with Katsuhiko Miyasaka, one of Japan’s most visionary young sake-makers. His family’s Masumi sake has been brewed in the highlands of Nagano since 1662. Masumi is one of the great names of the sake world, admired throughout Japan for its comforting taste and easy drinkability.
