Volunteers Needed for Sake Sorting Aloha Sake Friends, Several weeks ago over 470 cases of sake arrived in Honolulu. These are the sakes we’ll be enjoying at The Joy of Sake and at “More Joy” events throughout the year. Sorting this shipment is a big job, and we need your help. This year the sorting is on Friday, June 1. If you are able to get off, even for half a day, please let us know. There are 478 entries this year, and several bottles of each will remain in Honolulu for sake events scheduled throughout the year.
