Volunteers Needed for Sake Sorting Aloha Sake Friends, Two weeks ago 513 cases of sake arrived in Honolulu. These are the sakes we’ll be enjoying at The Joy of Sake and at “More Joy” events throughout the year. Sorting this shipment is a big job, and we need your help. This year the sorting is on Friday, May 31. If you are able to get off, even for half a day, please let us know. There are 513 entries this year, and several bottles of each will remain in Honolulu for sake events scheduled throughout the year.
