Volunteers Needed for Sake Sorting on August 31 Aloha Sake Friends, We hope this finds you healthy and well. We are happy to inform you that the shipment of sakes for The Joy of Sake and the US National Sake Appraisal has arrived in Honolulu. Sorting these cartons is a big (and fun) job, and we need your help. This year the sorting is on Wednesday, August 31. If you are able to get off, even for half a day, please let us know. There are 576 sakes to sort this year and several of each will remain in Honolulu for our sake events throughout the year.
